We handle the search and booking, while local providers manage vehicle handover, contracts and on-ground support. Each rental agreement is signed directly with the company listed in your voucher, ensuring clear terms and local expertise.
Our platform displays available vehicles from multiple providers, showing exact terms for each option - including payment methods accepted, excess cover, mileage limits and add-ons like child seats or cross-border permits. You see what you get before committing.
We operate from Belvaros-Lipotvaros in Budapest, coordinating bookings across the region. Our team monitors availability, processes reservations and issues vouchers that contain all details needed for collection.
The booking process runs in four stages. First, enter your pick-up location, dates and times on the homepage. The search returns vehicles from local companies, each listing showing specifications, terms and payment requirements for that specific model.
Second, select your vehicle and complete the online form. You pay a booking advance by card to secure the reservation. This advance is part of the total rental cost, not a separate deposit. The balance is paid when you collect the vehicle, using the payment method specified in your booking confirmation - cash, debit card or credit card, depending on the vehicle and provider.
Third, we send a voucher to your email within hours. The voucher contains the rental company name, address, contact details, your booking reference, vehicle details, pick-up instructions and any included extras. Present this voucher when collecting the vehicle.
Fourth, arrive at the location shown in your voucher at the agreed time. The rental company inspects the vehicle with you, records existing damage in the contract, explains the excess cover and collision damage waiver terms, then hands over the keys. Return follows the same process - inspection, mileage check, refuelling if required.
We currently work with rental companies in Budapest, covering Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) 24 km south-east of the city centre via Route 4 and the M0 ring motorway, as well as downtown locations in Belvaros-Lipotvaros and other districts.
Budapest serves as the hub for trips to Lake Balaton 130 km west, Eger 140 km north-east, Pecs 200 km south, Debrecen 230 km east, Gyor 120 km north-west and Szeged 170 km south. Hungary's compact geography and well-maintained road network make it practical to cover significant ground in a day.
Cross-border travel to Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania is generally permitted with advance notice to the rental company. Inform us during booking so we can confirm the vehicle allows it and arrange any necessary documentation.
Several vehicles in our search results require no deposit - meaning the rental company does not place a hold on your card at pick-up. This is independent of the excess, which remains your responsibility if damage or theft occurs. The excess amount is stated in your voucher and applies regardless of deposit requirements.
No-deposit options suit travellers who prefer not to have funds blocked for the rental duration or who lack sufficient credit limits. For vehicles that do require a deposit, the amount and accepted card types are shown during booking. If you select a no-deposit vehicle, you still sign the same rental contract and accept the same excess terms as any other booking.
We display deposit requirements transparently so you can compare options. Some providers charge a higher daily rate for no-deposit vehicles; others include it at no extra cost. The booking page shows the exact structure before payment.
